PEOPLE have been warned that strike action will affect services at Worcestershire Royal Hospital.

The strike action began at 7am on Saturday (February 24) and runs until 11.59pm on Wednesday (February 28).

A spokesperson for Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust said: "Strike action by Junior Doctors will cause significant disruption to our services.

"If you haven’t been told that your planned appointment has been postponed, please attend as normal."

People are told to only use 999 in an emergency and call NHS 111 online for non-urgent health needs.
