Large storage containers will be sited on a farm in Claines if district planners give their approval.

Plans to install 18 containers at Daniels Farm in Vicarage Lane have been submitted to Wychavon District Council.

The containers, which will be made of steel and painted ‘juniper green’ according to planning documents, would be used for private and commercial storage.

“Given the modest overall height of the development, along with the existing agricultural setting, it is generally considered that the overall development will not have a detrimental effect on the character or appearance of the surrounding rural landscape,” the applicant says.
