A MAIN road in Worcester city centre was closed by police.
Officers coned off The Butts with two police cars and an ambulance at the scene tonight (Saturday).
Another two police cars were in Cattlemarket car park with the incident happening near The Hive.
West Mercia Police have released a statement about the incident in The Butts.

A spokesperson said: “We have been dealing with a concern for welfare incident in Worcester city centre.
“The incident has been brought to a safe conclusion. Thank you for your patience.”
The road has now reopened though one police car remains in the area.
