WALKERS are to travel around the Malvern Hills for charity in an annual event for the 40th time.
Families are being encouraged to take up the challenge on May 11 for South Worcestershire charity, St Richards Hospice.
There are three routes, the two and five mile walk costs £10 and the 11 mile walk costs £15.
Alison Park, hospice fundraiser said: "Our Malvern Hills walk is very much part of who we are at St Richard’s, and is now in its 40th year.
"In that time it has raised a significant amount towards the free care we provide to patients and their loved ones.
"We ask walkers to gain as much as they can in sponsorship to ensure we can continue to be there for people when they need us most.”
Registration begins at 7.20am at North Quarry Car Park.
