A CAR was left on its roof on the M5 following a crash which stopped traffic on the motorway.
Emergency services were called to the M5 northbound between junctions 6 (Worcester) and 5 (Droitwich/Bromsgrove) this morning (Tuesday).
The crash happened at about 1.30am with three lanes remaining closed an hour later to release traffic.
There were minor delays on the motorway. The crash was cleared and the motorway was reopened by 4am.
A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said: "The M5 is partially closed northbound between J6 (Worcester) and J5 (Droitwich) following a collision.
"There is a short delay at this time with only one lane remaining open. Southbound M5 is flowing as normal."
