A WOMAN has been given a conditional discharge for obstructing a police officer and carrying pepper spray.
Yasmin Jones, of Green Hill, off London Road, Worcester, pleaded guilty to obstructing PC Langley-Waylen on Sunday, January 21 this year.
The 26-year-old was also found with pepper spray on the same date, Worcester Magistrates Court heard.
She was given a conditional discharge lasting 12 months for obstructing a constable in their execution of duty and possessing a weapon for the discharge of a noxious liquid/gas/ electrical incapacitation device/thing.
Jones's guilty plea was taken into account.
She must pay £85 court costs and here was also a forfeiture and destruction order placed on the pepper spray.
