IT wasn't just the sun that was shining on the Malvern Spring Festival as organisers have deemed this year's event a success.
Large crowds enjoyed the stalls, entertainment and talks at the Three Counties Showground over the four-day event.
This year's show championed the transformative impacts of gardening on lives, communities and the planet, with a variety of products on show to the public.
In what was the 39th running of the event, a series of positive comments from visitors have left organisers happy with how the festival went.
Kate Dufton, show lead of the Malvern Spring Festival, said: "Yes, on the whole we feel it was a successful festival.
"We were blessed by the weather, which added some extra shine on the show if you'll pardon the pun.
"There has been a lot of positive comments, so on the whole we are very happy."
Miss Dufton explained the meaning behind this year's festival as well as some new additions to the show.
"This year was a real celebration of how gardens are changing in relation to things such as climate change" she said.
"We aim to make the show something for everyone to enjoy.
"We had festival health plants and brand new feature gardens for this year, one that featured a DJ and polly plants.
"Overall, we had more show gardens than ever before.
"We had high numbers on Thursday and Saturday - all in all it is looking promising.
"From a business perspective this has been our best show since Covid.
"The weather was great, we upped our game in terms of more content and had more coverage on gardening this year than in previous years."
It was not just the organisers who were pleased with the show with market traders, who were there to promote their products, signing their praises.
Mark Smith, managing director of garden machinery company Ron Smith and Co, based in Worcester, said: "Yes, I would say it was a success.
"We had some busy days working from 6.30am through to 7.30pm.
"It's a long day, you can get too into it in a way.
"There's a lot of local people at the show - I would go back again."
Mr Smith stressed how important the spring festival was to promoting their equipment.
"Absolutely, it's always nice to see people and put faces to them.
"All of our products are outdoor machinery, so it means we do so much more."
