A CATERER in Worcester has been handed a new food hygiene rating.
Countryside Catering, based on Nunnery Way in Worcester, underwent a food hygiene inspection by the Food Standards Agency on March 13.
The inspection covered a wide range of areas that included ratings for hygienic food handling, cleanliness and condition of facilities and building, and management of food safety.
The school was awarded a very good rating for its hygienic food handling, while it received a good rating for cleanliness and condition of facilities and building, and for management of food safety.
All of these combined meant that it scored an overall food hygiene rating of five stars - the highest mark that a caterer can receive.
