Scotland will have another bank holiday weekend this month on Monday, May 27.

This forms part of the spring bank holiday which is given to workers across the country annually.

This means that those not assigned to weekend shifts will have three days off, providing a much-needed break.

This holiday is the same in England and Wales where millions across the two nations prepare for the school half term.
