A CATERER in Worcester has been handed a new food hygiene rating.
Canapes By Gill, based on Alfrick Pound in Worcester, underwent a food hygiene inspection by the Food Standards Agency on April 8.
The inspection covered a wide range of areas that included ratings for hygienic food handling, cleanliness and condition of facilities and building, and management of food safety.
The school was awarded a very good rating for its hygienic food handling, cleanliness and condition of facilities and building, and for management of food safety.
All of these combined meant that it scored an overall food hygiene rating of five stars - the highest mark that a caterer can receive.
