DRIVERS are warned a major motorway slip road near Birmingham Airport is set to close.
The M42 southbound junction six slip road for Birmingham Airport will close at 12pm for emergency repairs.
An earlier crash has led to the motorway slip road closure.
National Highways said: "The M42 southbound exit slip road at J6 (Birmingham Airport/A45) is due to close at 12 noon TODAY (12 June) for approximately 60 minutes for emergency infrastructure repairs due to an earlier traffic collision.
"Diversion: Continue south on the M42 until J5, exit and rejoin the M42 north."
