The event will run alongside the Worcester Balloon Festival.

One of the highlights of the day will allow people to experience the mayhem and ride the giant monster truck.

Head into the monster truck arena for entertainment, starting with a Vikings re-enactment at 12.30pm and the extreme monster truck show an hour later.

At 2.30pm, there will be plenty of jaw-dropping stunts involving monster trucks followed by RPM bike trials.

Should you not be able to get to these events, they will all be back later on in the day, starting at 4.30pm.

Other entertainment includes a chance to ride in a mini monster truck as well as getting to see some legal street monsters.

There will also be a circus workshop and a chance to meet the Vikings and learn how they used to live.

Those wanting a bit of fun away from the monster trucks can enjoy looking around a variety of trade stalls as well as a craft tent.

People will be able to marvel at magnificent birds of prey and enjoy an inflatable village.

And there will be a chance to enjoy several rides at the monster truck mayhem funfair or enjoy plenty of festival food.

This is the first time Show Time Events Group Ltd, the firm behind Monster Truck Mayhem, have run an event of this kind in Worcester.

David Bailey, who has helped to organise the event, said: "The team are responsible for The Worcester Balloon Festival and wanted to be able to add something exciting for the Sunday.

"We are incredibly excited to offer a Monster Truck Event with some amazing live arena entertainment and the response from the public has been overwhelmingly positive."
