NATIONAL Grid has issued an update to Worcester homes that were left without power after parts of the city were hit with a power cut.
The power cut impacted those living in the WR7 area of the city yesterday (Saturday).
Engineers from National Grid were working on the solution to the power cut from around 1pm yesterday.
At the time, it was expected all power supplies were going to be restored by 3pm.
However, National Grid wasn't able to confirm all power supplies had been restored until shortly after midnight this morning (Sunday, June 30).
A National Grid spokesperson: "We're pleased to say that all power supplies to the Worcester WR7 area are restored.
"We are sorry for any inconvenience caused by the power cut."
