Plans to install two EV charging points at Costa Coffee at Twyford Services on the A46 have been revealed.
The facilities would be provided by Instavolt, which has submitted a planning proposal to Wychavon District Council.
If given the go-ahead three existing parking spaces would be turned into two EV charging bays.
The county council’s cabinet last week agreed a draft electric vehicle charging infrastructure strategy, with plans to invest £3.5 million in charging points across Worcestershire.
Twyford Services has a Beefeater, KFC, a Premier Inn and an Asda Express petrol station as well as a Costa Coffee.
