TWO more bedrooms could be added to an existing 15-bed HMO if plans submitted to the city council are approved.
The owners of 284 Bath Road in Worcester have submitted plans to the council to expand the house of multiple occupation.
Residents in various parts of the city have voiced concerns about the growth of HMOs.
Councillor Richard Udall recently described the amount of student housing in St John’s as “gentrification in reverse”.
He said there was significant concern among residents at the number of HMOs in the area.
