POLICE were called to reports of an assault at an industrial estate, they have revealed.
Officers cordoned off part of Hartlebury Trading Estate at around 6am this morning (Friday, July 12).
Police said a 37-year-old man was later arrested on suspicion of actual bodily harm.
Police tape had been put up, blocking off the entrance to GMS on the industrial park.
A cordon with cones and tape encircled the frontage of the industrial unit with a single uniformed officer at the scene.
Darren Burgess of Rowan UK, tool and industrial supplies, based in one of the industrial units nearby, said: “We saw the police cordon and that the old bill are there but we haven’t got a clue what’s going on.”
Chris Stevens, also of Rowan, said the garage was a father-and-son business which carried out MOTs. “We hope everyone is well and okay,” he added.
A spokesperson from West Mercia Police said: "We were called to Hartlebury Trading Estate at around 6am this morning, Friday 7 July, following a report of an assault.
"A 37-year-old man was later arrested on suspicion of actual bodily harm (ABH)."
