A 48-year-old man is due in court accused of speeding on the M5 after an automatic camera clocked him driving at over 60mph.
Anthony Reeves was captured by a speed camera exceeding a temporary 60mph speed restriction on the M5 southbound near junction 8.
Reeves of Dudley Street, Grimsby is due at Worcester Magistrates Court on August 29 after he was clocked speeding in a Peugeot on January 2.
A guilty please was recorded via the single justice procedure on July 26. The case was adjourned for a single justice procedure disqualification notice.
The defendant has been excused attendance at the hearing.
