A community care provider is set to host a free family fun day.
Radis Community Care is organising a well-being and health awareness day at Cherry Orchard House in Pershore, Worcestershire, on August 17.
The fun-packed day for the whole family will feature specialist talks, educational sessions, and entertainment.
Scheduled activities include inclusive games, face painting, an ice cream van, a café, and a choir.
There will be market stalls from businesses in the area, offering clothing, health and beauty.
Leading industry professionals, including a GP and representatives from the Royal College for the Blind, will be offering insights during their talks.
Care provider Radis is keen to give back to the community, and the fun day serves as a means to raise awareness of health and well-being.
Lorna Regan, national well-being lead for Radis Community Care, said: "It’s vital that we share the knowledge we have and utilise our industry contacts to inform and educate our residents, the local communities and families – and we hope our health and wellbeing event will do just that.
"We strive to give back to the community in every way that we can, and this is just the beginning."
The event will run from 10am to 4pm with a free entry.
Donations are accepted and will go to the business’s nominated charities for 2024, Mind and Age UK.
