A TOLLADINE woman has been fined for using a television set without a licence.
Yasmin Jones, of Avon Road, Worcester, must pay a £40 fine for not having a television licence.
The offence took place on Tuesday, February 13, Wolverhampton Magistrates Court heard.
The 51-year-old must pay court costs of £120 and a surcharge of £16.
All the money must be paid in full by Monday, September 9.
The case was heard on Monday, August 12.
