Organisers say the new venue, which has a larger capacity, will host the largest Expo to date.
Attendees can look forward to seeing exhibitors from across various sectors in the two counties.
Exhibitors themselves will use the opportunity to showcase their goods and services and form new business connections.
Designed to help attendees generate sales and raise their business profile, the Expo will also feature many networking opportunities and seminars throughout the day.
Mental health will feature on the programme, with public health consultant Matthew Fung speaking on improvements in men's mental health.
Diane Yates, chief executive of Herefordshire & Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce, and Ben Mannion, owner and director of Hewett Recruitment, will also address the audience.
Other points on the agenda include speed networking sessions and a seminar led by Herefordshire Council and Worcestershire County Council, highlighting available grants and funding for community businesses.
Moreover, attendees can learn about maximising their impact on the popular social media platform TikTok in another seminar, emphasising its power in transforming content creation and discovery.
Visitors are urged to pre-register, despite the free admission policy, to ensure they receive a custom-made name badge and save time on the day of the Expo.
