PLANS have been unveiled to turn a HMO into flats.
An application has been submitted to Worcester City Council to convert 9 Droitwich Road in Worcester into three flats and two bedsits.
Worcestershire Highways has raised concerns over the proposal as it contains no off-road parking.
“The proposal comprises five apartments, the parking requirement for which is five spaces, with none provided,” it says.
“Therefore the applicant should be requested to submit a statement of justification in line with the ‘Car Free Development’ criteria.”
The building was previously used as a seven-bedroom HMO.
