THOUSANDS of pounds worth of stock and property were saved after a summer initiative.
Worcester BID provided additional support throughout the summer holiday for businesses across the city.
The team had successfully recovered £3,152.41 worth of lost stock and property between July and August.
A spokesperson for Worcester BID said: "The expanded Safer Streets team has offered additional support throughout the summer holidays.
"With the addition of more Safer Street Officers during the busy months of July and August, the team has successfully recovered lost stock and property valued at £3,152.41."
