Patients, their families, and friends are being asked to share their priorities while staying in Worcestershire hospitals.

The feedback will help shape plans to improve patient experiences and care quality.

Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust, which oversees the Alexandra, Kidderminster, and Worcestershire Royal hospitals, is keen for people to participate in its annual Big Quality Conversation.

The short and anonymous online survey, available in 95 languages, asks about safety, treatment effectiveness, and overall hospital care experience.

The results will inform the Trust's safety and quality priorities.

Sarah Shingler, chief nursing officer at Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust, said: "We really want to engage with our patients and their carers, families, and friends to understand what is important to our local community and we will use this information to directly inform the Trust’s quality priorities.

"We will publish these in our annual Quality Account.

"This year we are again running our survey for four months and we hope to support a variety of opportunities for engagement and capturing feedback from the public.

"By completing the survey our local community can help make a real difference and support us in delivering excellent standards of care."
