A SEARCH was underway to find a person who was believed to have fallen into water.
A large search operation was launched near Hampton Road in Droitwich on Monday night (September 16).
However, no one was found after a full search of the area.
Hampton Road is near the canal through Vines Park and the Salwarpe River.
Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service said: "A crew from Worcester Fire Station, boat crews from Worcester and Evesham, water first responders from Droitwich, the drone from Wyre Forest and the Urban Search and Rescue dog were called at 11.16pm to a rescue from water in Hampton Road, Droitwich.
"A full search of the area was carried out using the swift water rescue team, water first responders and the service dog but no casualty was found.
"Police also attended."
