PARAMEDICS have responded to an incident in the city centre.
An ambulance was spotted outside Poundland in Worcester's city centre this afternoon (September 22).
An eyewitness said that the paramedics were helping a man seen lying on the floor.
The man was in the recovery position and was also being helped by passers-by.
