TREES in Battenhall Road can be cut back after approval was given by the council.
A resident needed permission from Worcester City Council before cutting back three trees in their own back garden and branches from a tree in a neighbouring garden.
City planners said no objections were received from residents and the proposed works were “in line with proper tree maintenance practices”.
“The proposed pruning will not adversely affect the public amenity or the overall health of the trees,” they said in a decision report.
