FIREFIGHTERS have used buckets of water to tackle a fire outside a marquee in Worcester.
A crew was sent to Grandstand Road after paper towels caught fire outside a marquee on Saturday (September 28) evening.
Police were also called to the incident after property inside the marque was vandalised.
A Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: "One crew from Worcester Fire Station was called at 6.05pm on September 28 to a fire in Grandstand Road, Worcester.
"A small fire consisting of paper towels outside a marquee was extinguished using buckets of water.
"Hot spots inside the marquee of attempted fires were investigated using a thermal imaging camera and police were called due to vandalism of property inside the marquee."
