OVER 1,000 people attended this year's Worcester Film Festival and the best filmmakers have been announced.
Worcester Film Festival, a four-day 86 film extravaganza that ended on September 28 has announced its award winners.
The winners are as follows:
- Best Student Film: Whistling Dixie
- Best Costume Designer: Chairs
- Best Music Video: Cold Eyes
- Best Director: Crusts
- Best Performance: Cope
- Best Hair and Makeup: Gaze
- Best Midlands Film: Ticker
- Best Cinematographer: Where The Old Man Lives
- Best Documentary Film: An Extraordinary Place
- Best Production Designer: Trust Thy Sister
- Best Editor: Where Are All The Gay Superheroes?
- Best Animated Film: Le Charade
- Best Screenplay: Laura Living Backwards
- Best Sound Design: Stain
- Best First-Time Filmmaker: Stir
- Best Composer: Mutual Tides
- Best Feature Film: Froggie
- Best Short Film: Crusts
- Audience Award: Showing Sheep In The Shires
