With 52 participants, the five-a-side round-robin tournament saw eight teams competing in 10-minute matches.
Nicole Allison, owner of the club, said: "It was fantastic to see the community come together for our first tournament of this kind.
"We’re pleased to have raised money for such an important organisation during Breast Cancer Awareness Month and look forward to more tournaments in the future."
The funds will assist the charity in its ongoing work, providing care, guidance, and support to breast cancer patients and their families across the county.
Caroline Leah, who works at the charity, said: "We are grateful for the support from Worcester City Women FC and the participating businesses.
"The funds raised will support us in our ongoing care for those facing the challenges of breast cancer."
The tournament marked the culmination of the club's month-long fundraising activities, raising a total of £661 for the charity.
