Are you hoping to open your door and heart to a new furry friend? Dogs Trust Evesham currently has lots of dogs who want nothing more than to feel loved and settle in their own forever homes.
Among those dogs is Rosemary, an “energetic and sensitive” Siberian Husky.
She is on the lookout for an active home with a family who can help her build her confidence.
The three-year-old pooch has been friendly towards staff at the Dogs Trust centre and she loves snuggles. Sometimes, she gets stressed by the wider world and finds it a bit overwhelming.
Rosemary can’t live with young children but she would be “absolutely fine” with teenagers who are happy around her, the centre explains.
Things to consider before adopting a pet
She likes to play with other dogs and would be fine to live with another dog as long as they mix well at the centre before she’s rehomed.
Her new family would ideally be familiar with the breed and their traits as well as patient with her so she can thrive.

Rosemary isn’t fond of time spent alone in her kennel so this would need to be built up from scratch.
While the centre isn’t sure how she is with travelling in a car, she will happily jump in a car and has refused to get out so that’s a good start.
A garden at her new home would be ideal for Rosemary so she can perfect her housetraining skills. The centre said she has “really tried to keep her kennel clean”.
