A PUB on the outskirts of Worcester city centre is set to go to auction next month.
The Bridge Inn, Lowesmoor, has been listed by Bond Wolfe for auction with a guide price of £200,000.
The stone and timber-framed pub sits along Lowesmoor Terrace, a short walk from St Martin's Square, and is currently being operated by a tenant holding over following the end of their lease in October.

A spokesperson for Bond Wolfe Auctions said: "The ground floor accommodation provides a bar, games/skittles area and kitchen. The basement provides a small cellar for storage purposes and includes a barrel drop.

"The first floor provides simple residential accommodation consisting of two bedrooms, a living area, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a separate WC. Outside, to the rear, is a small, concrete-paved beer garden.
"The property has been let on a 12-month lease with effect from the 2nd September 2024 to 2nd October 2025, at a rent of £17,000 per annum, and the tenant is holding over."

The property comprises 2,379 square feet, spread across the ground floor, first floor, and cellar.

The spokesperson said: "The subject property occupies a prominent position fronting Lowesmoor Terrace, close to its busy junction with Lowesmoor Place and Lowesmoor Terrace as it runs into Rainbow Hill.
"The area of Lowesmoor has undergone investment and improvements during recent years."
The auction will be held on Wednesday, December 10, from 8.30am, with potential buyers able to book a viewing appointment through Bond Wolfe.
