A BALACLAVA-CLAD pair were caught breaking into a vehicle in Kempsey.
Police tracked down one of the alleged-perpetrators just a short distance away from the scene on Saturday morning (April 18).
Police dogs and a British Transport Police drone were used to find the second person.
They were eventually spotted fleeing from officers and their location was confirmed via heat source.
Both were arrested and are in custody.
It had also been reported that the pair were seen trying to steal a bike.
