A FARM has applied for retrospective planning permission 16 years after making changes.

Emily Lang has applied for retrospective planning permission from Wychavon District Council to change the use of land at Church Farm on Church Lane in Flyford Flavell from agricultural to equestrian.

Wychavon District Council is currently running a public consultation on the plans, which will end on June 26.

Plans state: "This retrospective application is a change of use to equestrian, including a 25 x 45M horse menage area for training horses.

"At the present time, the area of ground is used for the training of horses and is naturally drained grass."
