A FORMER Worcester councillor has been caught making racist comments by undercover reporters.
Solihull councillor Alan Feeney was one of several Reform councillors recorded expressing racist views and using offensive language as part of an investigation by ITV.
Councillor Feeney was filmed while campaigning in Solihull and said the area had been “infested” with Asian families, calling them “absolute parasites”.
He is filmed delivering leaflets and says: “If it’s an Asian name I’m not even knocking the door. They are not voting Reform and I ain’t wasting my time.”

Cllr Feeney was a Conservative councillor for the Warndon Parish North ward on Worcester City Council from 2015 to 2019.
He also served as president of Worcester Carnival, as a city macebearer, and was master of ceremonies during the late Queen Elizabeth II’s visit to Worcester Guildhall in 2012.
Cllr Feeney has represented Castle Bromwich on Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council since 2022 and made the switch to Reform UK last year.
Since May this year, he has also represented Shard End on Birmingham City Council.
At one point during ITV’s undercover filming, Cllr Feeney describes his own campaigning as “Alan’s racist canvassing”.
“They’re in our judiciary, they’re in our schools, they’re in our healthcare, they’re everywhere and they’re not working on our side - they’re against us,” he said of Muslims in Britain.
“You almost need to out-Muslim the Muslims. You’d need a proper nuclear option, like literally drag them out their homes, stick them on planes and **** them off to Pakistan.”
Cllr Feeney said he believed “no more than one per cent of the British population can be non-white”.
Long-serving Worcester city councillor Neil Laurenson said: “The comments made by Alan Feeney were a hundred times worse than I thought they would be when someone made me aware of the ITV video.
“Disgusting, vile… I don’t think there are adequate words to describe how awful his comments were.
“More to the point, how can someone - an elected member - harbour such horrific beliefs?”
A Reform spokesman said the councillors featured in ITV’s investigation have been suspended and/or left the party.
Cllr Feeney is understood to have resigned from the party and is listed as an independent councillor by both Solihull and Birmingham councils.

Reform said: “Where members, activists and councillors have clearly behaved inappropriately, investigations have commenced.
“In some cases, there have been suspensions and due process must be followed.
"Reform UK has improved and prioritised its vetting procedures, but from time to time, a handful of individuals who do not share our values will initially make it through vetting.
“This is the same for all organisations. However good the vetting, one cannot vet a future comment especially in circumstances where an individual is entrapped in a discussion with an undercover reporter. There is no room for racism in Reform UK.”
The Local Democracy Reporting Service has approached Cllr Feeney for comment.
