Platform Housing Group has raised more than £4,350 for Macmillan Cancer Support by coming together over coffee and cake.
Coffee mornings, held throughout September and October, were part of the housing association's corporate charity partnership with Macmillan, which runs from 2026 to 2028.
The total amount raised includes £540 collected by staff at Platform's Birmingham Business Park office in Solihull and Central Park office in Worcester.
Customers and colleagues at retirement housing schemes across the Midlands also contributed generously to the cause.
Events took place in Worcestershire, Herefordshire, Birmingham, Lincolnshire, and Leicestershire.
Customers at Platform's retirement schemes continued their longstanding support for Macmillan's annual fundraiser.
Visitors enjoyed donated cakes and other sweet and savoury treats, while colleagues at the two offices also took part in fundraising games and made donations through a dedicated QR code.
Chris Pinson-Bradley, community engagement manager and chair of the fundraising committee at Platform Housing Group, said: "We are delighted to have raised such a fantastic amount for Macmillan Cancer Support.
"This was a real team effort involving colleagues and customers across our offices and retirement housing schemes.
"People baked, donated, organised events and simply came along to enjoy a cuppa and a conversation, and every contribution helped us reach this brilliant total.
"Cancer affects so many people, including our own colleagues, customers and their families.
"Raising £4,350.18 is a wonderful result and shows what can be achieved when our communities come together behind an important cause."
Earlier this year, Platform colleagues, partners, and supporters completed a challenging two-day, 200-mile cycle ride in aid of Macmillan.
The charity has been helping people affected by cancer for more than 100 years, providing support from diagnosis and throughout treatment and recovery.
Kate McGrory, relationship fundraising manager at Macmillan Cancer Support, said: "We are incredibly grateful to everyone at Platform Housing Group who organised, supported or donated to this year's coffee mornings.
"Coffee mornings are a simple but powerful way to bring people together, and the £4,350.18 raised will help Macmillan continue providing practical, emotional and financial support to people living with cancer."
