STAFF at a Worcester opticians have been invited to attend a glitzy awards dinner after being nominated for a prestigious company award.
Specsavers is one of 16 stores across the country nominated in the Excellence in Contact Lens Practice of the Year category at the Specsavers’ Excellence in Eyecare Awards.
The awards are designed to recognise and celebrate the achievements of Specsavers staff and stores.
Broad Street store director Alan Richards said: “Our team prides themselves on offering excellent service in all areas of the business and we’re delighted to have been nominated for this award.
"It’s a testament to the hard work put in by everyone and we’re now looking forward to the final.”
The shortlisted stores in each category will attend a gala dinner at the ICC in Birmingham on Saturday, December 6.
The winning team in each category will share a cash prize and receive recognition for their achievement.
