A POWERFUL dance show is coming to Malvern Theatres.
Having received a TMA Theatre Award for his achievement in dance, and an Olivier Award nomination for the creation of Constant Speed in 2005, Mark Baldwin has created his second major new work for Rambert Dance Company.
Eternal Light is a new collaboration with British composer Howard Goodall and the show is set to an emotional new score which will be sung live by professional choirs.
The show, which will be performed at Malvern Theatres from Wednesday until Saturday, November 22, is described as a heartfelt remembrance of memories where happiness and sadness feature heavily. Costumes fitted with sparkling crystals donated by Swarovski and a striking head-dress design from fashion milliner Stephen Jones will also be on show.
Showings will be at 7.30pm, with a matinée performance at 2pm on Thursday and Saturday.
