PLANS to knock down a restaurant building and replace it with flats have been submitted to councillors.
The ‘Little Sauce Factory’ building at 55 London Road is currently home to Pete’s Indian restaurant but the proposals would see five new flats built in its place.
The application has been tabled by Peter Styles and will be considered by Worcester City Council’s planning committee at a date yet to be set.
A consultation period on the plans is due to finish tomorrow.
The proposals would see the two-storey restaurant building flattened and a new build with three one-bed flats and one two-bed flat. Another single storey building would house a single two-bed flat.
