HARTLEBURY business storage specialist Whitefoot-Forward is celebrating after taking on its 100th customer.

Thomas Guise Solicitors, which has branches in Worcester, Studley and Selly Oak, selected Whitefoot-Forward to store and manage its archived company records when a change to its original storage location forced a quick move.

“We have 15 years’ worth of important company and customer documentation that all has to be kept safely for a number of years,” said Stuart Bailey, director at Thomas Guise. “We were originally storing these records in the basement of our Foregate Street head office, but we had to vacate quickly and find another storage solution. “Luckily Whitefoot-Forward came to the rescue in record time.”

Devoting a team of 15 people and three vans to Thomas Guise’s plight, it took just four days for Whitefoot-Forward to uplift all 12,000 of Thomas Guise’s archived files and whisk them to the company’s secure, 60,000 square foot archive on the Hartlebury Trading Estate. Within another four weeks, the company had also indexed the files of its 100th customer and stored them using its specialised bar-coded records management system, enabling Thomas Guise staff to request and retrieve archived documents whenever required, even within the hour.
