HUNDREDS of green thinkers will visit a Worcestershire community centre this weekend to find out about living sustainably.

The Fold in Bransford, near Worcester, is holding an Earth Fest on Sunday.

Brigit Strawbridge, star of the BBC television show It’s Not Easy Being Green, will be on hand to offer green advide and a Big Green Bus, showcasing energy-saving gadgets, will be parked up outside.

There will even be a bicyle powered smoothie maker on show.

Young visitors can take part in free art and music workshops and more than 30 musicians will perform live throughout the day.

Will Tooby, director of the Fold, said: “We’ve got more than 40 exhibitors taking part.

“We’ve got the bar with lots of local ales, ciders and wines and a full day of live music.”

The aim of the event, now in its second year, is to show how easy, affordable and fun sustainable living can be.

Entry is free. There is a free shuttle bus, courtesty of First, running via Worcester and Malvern.
