ITALIAN meats, cheeses and breads will be tempting shoppers stomping the streets of Evesham this weekend.
Italia in Piazza, last in the town in 2007, will return to Market Place between 9am and 5pm on Sunday.
The market will offer traditional Italian meats with a selection of salami sausages, Parma hams, bread, cheeses, sweets, cakes, olive oils, and more.
Lew Hammond, Wychavon's town partnership manager for Evesham, said: "Evesham is of course a historic market town and it is great to have these visiting markets to add a bit of spice to the town occasionally.
"The market specialises in Italian food only and hot snacks of fresh pizzas and Italian sausages will be available for a light lunch and for those wishing to enjoy a more traditional English fayre the excellent Gateway Café will be open, as normal as well as our local hostelries.
"As the Mop Fair departs the town for another year it's a fitting end to our summer season of festivities and events.”
