A CYCLIST injured his leg after coming off his bike in rush hour.
The man, in his late 20s, had been riding along Hylton Road, Worcester, towards the city centre at about 9.10am yesterday when he had the accident, which caused minor traffic delays.
No other vehicles were involved.
Two police cars, a rapid response medical vehicle and an ambulance were on the scene shortly afterwards and the man was treated at the roadside.
A West Midlands Ambulance spokeswoman said: βHe had a leg injury but was walking wounded and able to stand up.β
The man was taken to Worcestershire Royal Hospital for treatment.
