COOK Paul Stuart Passed away on Thursday, April 17th, at Worcestershire Royal Hospital following a long illness aged 67. Much loved by Angela, Friends and both Families. Funeral service at St Georges Church, Radford Avenue, Kidderminster on Tuesday, April 29th at 2.30 p.m. Family flowers only please. Donations to the Millbrooke Suite Kidderminster, General Hospital or the Church Street Practice may be sent to Co-operative Funeralcare, Lion Square, Kidderminster, Worcestershire DY10 1PD.
