WALKERS can enjoy the beauty of the Teme Valley with the help of a Kidderminster author.
Bob Charteris, of Kennedy Close, has completed a walking guide, which describes a 100-mile walk from the centre of Worcester to Newtown in Powys.
The Teme Valley Way is the semi-retired teacher's first book and he has devised and researched the route himself.
The walk roughly traces the course of the River Teme from its confluence with the River Severn, just south of Worcester, back to its source on Cilfaesty Hill in Powys.
The Teme Valley Way (ISBN 1-84685-098-3), is available, priced £7.99, from Mr Charteris on 01562 754296 or from all good booksellers.
