IN response to Mayor Aubrey Tarbuck's recent inaugural article, as a point of clarification and to reassure those who so kindly re-elected me in 2003, I would like to state that I'm still the district councillor for Hallow ward.
As the duly elected district councillor I would also like to state that, like the majority of my constituents, I am opposed to the proposed orbital bypass so favoured by Councillor Tarbuck.
