The Arrows returned to winning ways on Sunday - and it was veteran running back Dave Mills who steered them home thanks to his 211 yards and a touchdown.
Having lost three times already this season the Arrows could ill afford another defeat and the team responded with a fine defensive performance that included two sacks and two interceptions en route to a 20-6 win over Plymouth Cardinals.
