REDDITCH Ravens crashed to a heavy defeat against a strong Wizards side.
But it was not all doom and gloom with Lee Coates going over for a try in his first rugby league match.
The Ravens had picked up the Parkhouse Recruitment Team of the Week award for their battling display against Birmingham Bulldogs a week earlier.
But there were no back-to-back wins as the Rugby Leaguers were beaten in a match switched to Wolverhampton, going down 50-6.
