JUST who then is to blame for the rise in crime, Mr Cowley?
How many years does it take a Labour Government to deal with the problems of crime? They've had eight years and people still do not feel safe, according to the Fear of Crime Survey.
I feel sorry for our overburdened police who have to spend an amazing amount of time filling in forms when they could be out on the street tackling crime.
