Can anyone explain to me where the Riverside Park is? It certainly isn't apparent from the brace of confusing new fingerposts that have been erected by the River Leadon.

We have a sign at the south end facing north; we have a sign at the north end facing south. Then, confusingly, there is another sign pointing west across the river at the weir garden and yet another pointing across the river at the footbridge toward Redbank Farm. The park is clearly not that way as that is private land!

It is apparent the sign erectors did not have a clue as to the whereabouts of the elusive Riverside Park. If we must have yet more unnecessary signs, can we at least have them make sense? Confusing signs are worse than no signs.

Now the pedestrian crossing has been improved at the Little Marcle roundabout, wouldn't it make sense to improve the access down the slippery grass bank!
