OUTLINE permission to create a business park on the old Ronkswood Hospital site in Newtown Road, Worcester, is among plans to be discussed at Warndon Parish Council's meeting on Monday.
The proposal, to put up 26 offices on the site, comes after similar proposals were drawn up for a greenfield site next to the new Worcestershire Royal Hospital, further down the same road.
The parish council can only make recommendations on these applications. Final decisions are made by Worcester City Council.
Other plans up for discussion in Warndon Parish include a garage conversion proposed to form additional living accommodation at 15 Launceston Place and the construction of a rear conservatory at 12 Coney Green Close.
Two applications relate to Misys Financial Services in Buckholt Drive. The company wants to build an extension and link road to the existing car park, which will be restricted to employees and visitors.
